You know that guy who just lays there and has things taken care of for him? That needs to be you, because once you start trying to do that you will find out just how good at it you are. Isn't that your goal anyway, and I mean not just sexually but we all have to start on what is salient to us first.
When Squiggly first took over the world and ruled it in person, people kept warning him that if he didn't let other men rule sometimes he wouldn't like what was coming, but he felt he wouldn't like them ruling either. It was true he wouldn't have liked that, and they weren't qualified as he saw it because they were unevolved enough that they still felt it would be necessary once they took power to kill or oppress everyone Squiggly had favored. No matter how hard he tried to sell these people to them as self functioning pre trained no further maintenance required autonomous sources of unending benefits the other men of his time vying for power could not overcome the idea that they had served another man.
Unfortunately none of the men Squiggly cultivated so much had been stressed enough to have the attributes needed to rule the world at that time and the only other possible candidate was too stressed out.
Regardless of all of this when Squiggly's 108 thousand year term was up it was up and there was no way to generate circumstances he could use to regain power until another man evolved to be able to do that first. At this point he was willing to risk the rules of the other men who once vied with him but they had stopped trying.
So it became the plan for him to rule in the chaos by directing other people to partially control various areas but in a manner to cultivate a selected group of men to be able to almost rule in their own power, though each would have to deal with some small area that they didn't control, and in return they would generate circumstances to keep the one man evolving on his own in a low stress environment long enough to requalify for the job. At this point the one thing these men didn't have control of would break loose and Big Isa would have to put that down and control the whole world.
But each man has his own methods to do this kind of thing and Squiggly especially favors those who put the least effort into whatever they accomplish especially if they accomplish a lot. Once you find your sweet spot when it comes to return on energy expended it starts to fall into place very quickly though you hit plateaus over and over again.
