For the purposes of Geothermal power, the Japanese have the only drill available that does not cause earthquakes at the critical depth of drilling.
Since Duke energy got you all stirred up in Jap talk the last time they were brought in to survey the area unbeknownst to you they have been offered the right to kill anyone who pisses them off if they will just come back and give it another try.
