The chances of having renting difficulties is 100% for all minorities. This is not surprising since the chances of renting from whites is very high.
Rental housing is the last bastion of the KKK domination over the population of the US. Though laws are enacted to protect tennant rights, they are seldom respected and seldom enforced.
As an over educated under employed minority member, what else do I have to do but deal with this issue?
