When I lived in the dorms, I called the police on 911 many times over the type of harrassment I was under. People were jumping up and down in the room above me, slamming doors all around me, screaming in the halls and pounding on the walls.
It seemed they had cameras in my room because it would get quiet for about 10 minutes and as soon as I would enter the first stages of sleep I would be awakened again sometimes by just one sharp crack on the wall or on single slam then silence and this happened at times more than 10 times in a single night.
So I would dial 911. and a short fat man would come in a police uniform about middle age and sometimes there would be a woman with him in the car but she would not come inside, she had long blond hair, was thin, medium hight and about his age. One time I heard her tell him "I am uncomfortable with this" and he told her "dont worry".
When the other students would call the police on me, different police would come and I would tell them about the other policeman, but when I discribed him they did not know of anyone who fit that description and no report about the visit was on file.
When the police came sirens blaring at 3pm when I was making banana bread, one officer came inside. He was tall, with dark hair. I dont remember the color of his eyes and he was my age or slightly younger, medium build. He was with a shorter older man, who I didnt see but had a southern accent. He asked me about the kkk.
I dont know if he was really the police either, because any other time the police came because I called them, they never came inside.
