Resident shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyement of the premises during the term of this agreement. Resident shall not annoy, harrass, endanger, or inconvenience any other resident of the owner or any neigbor of the premises, or commit any act that might disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other resident or neighbor. Resident shall further be responsible for the conduct of his guests, licensees and invitees.
It is possible that other tenants do not have this clause in their lease. Enforcment of this clause is only against religious or racial minorities.
