This landlord has never allowed a minority student to finish a degree within the same housing. They let people move in, then when you are the most important time of your education or post education career development, they force you to move.
They let you come in and stay as long as you seem to be in chaos, but as soon as you get your stuff organized or any kind of flow in your life they want to pull up the rug.
If he really wants me to move, though he has no legal grounds for it, I will move out just as soon as he will pay all the expenses of my move including all untility and phone and cable hook ups, and provide me with a cosigner if necessarry. I will choose the place to move in to, and I will choose the moving company and I will choose the services I want him to pay all deposits for, this includes paying my security deposit on the new apartment as well. I wont even need to walk around to find a new place because he will pay for a taxi. Otherwise he needs to comply with existing laws and agreements or forever abandon the business of providing housing. This is only on the table till tomarrow morning.
