Since October 1999, there has not been one night that someone did not engage in some act that was intended to disturb the sleep of me personally. This is in addition to normal noises that routinely wake all members of the local community several times a week and must be tolerated. I have detailed everything I can think of about why this would be done to anyone who is responsible for such things, but nothing is done.
This year I paid 40 dollars in income taxes to Indiana. I suspect I failed to take a few deductions and that I didn't even owe this much, but I paid it.
Some representative to the state congress will use it to make a bust of his mother for his home town court house, and Bloomington will loose 2 more police officers this year.
