Homozygosity = Charisma

The human genepool is kinda like a Rubiks Cube. You can start out with any mess, but if you follow a specific formula you will reach the same stage no matter what you begin with, so long as no one has pulled the stickers off and moved them around or as long as all the fuctional mechanims of the cube are still there. If you ever got one of the "solve the rubiks cube" books as a kid you know what I mean. It says start with one solid side, then move the middle this way and the top this way x number of times till you have a cube that looks like this, if you cube doesnt look like this repeat steps 4-6 till you do then go to stage 2 where you get more instructions that look similar to the ones you had to get to the stage where you are.
In humans if you are playing with a full deck of genes in your starting population you can reach a good level of homozygosity fairly quickly if you can control who your children run around with, wich is usually refered to as "culture and values"

Populations with high occurance of trisomy reach homozygosity more quickly for one reason: all the bad shit happens to the ones with three different genes on the three different chromosomes, often times self aborting, other times not reaching maturity.
People who do reach maturity and functionality have high homozygosity which will also exhibit in their non trisomic offspring.

There is such a thing as excessive homozygosity that is due to inbreeding. Cousin marriages are ok, though it is more stable to bring in outside genes when you have a less attractive combination occur. Their great grandchildren will aid both families, some resembling the one family and some the other, but also having some balast genes that can conteract things and stuff.

Homozygosity is more important than race, race is an illusion of time. You can have cultures develop around the support of a group of genes and this is nationality, but often within nationalities you have multiple homozygosity groups enteracting with eachother in a compatable and complimentary way.

There are limits on what homozygosity can achieve.

Dominant genes make inferior people, or at least mediocher people, expunging recessive genes is not a path to homozygosity as it is only relevant in recessive genes, it is only a path to being nothing special.

The comon denomination in predominantly heterozygous populations is not having any special skills, talents, needs, desires, apearances and any deviation from the "normal range" is automatically considered a point of exclusion.
