My left ring finger was mashed in the mid 70's. The Crecent shaped mark on my wrist may be slightly younger. I had the mashed ring finger when I attended grade school as Holly Bush in Bloomington. Im not sure when the crescent was added but I had it before 1979. Heather had the same mark on divot under her nose and above her lip but I think she has had it removed.
