It appears that your complaint with Renaissance Rentals is a landlord/tenant issue and not one that would include police involvement. If they are dissatisfied with your method of payment or non-payment, they can seek to have you evicted. If you feel that you have issues with them and their requirements of you as a tenant, you can seek relief through Small Claims Court or not renew your lease. You could also consult an attorney to see what suggestions they would have regarding these circumstances.
