My apartment building is a member of the KKK. So many educational carreers of so many minority students have ended here that one former mainenance man made the building an official member of the KKK and painted a smiley face on the wall at the bottom of the basement stairs.
For years, whenever I have gone to do my laundry one of the maintenance men would open the basement door so that I could see the smiley face.
In the old days the KKK used to visit people's stores and they would drop a card. On one side it would say "Your fine establishment has had the honor to be visited by an honorable Klansman" On the back would be a smiley face and the words "have a nice day".
