People hate living togeather.
Thats why laws were invented, that is, so that when you really hate your neighbor if you see them doing things that are illegal you can report them to someone who will deal some dirty stuff in their direction and you are not in danger of having the same dirty stuff dealt at you.
If you deal out the dirty stuff yourself, you will be reported and the law will double the dose of dirty stuff they deal out in your direction.
If the law doesnt do that, there is no limit to the dirty stuff that can be dealt out.
If the law takes one side or only deals dirty stuff in one direction, there is no limit to the dirty stuff that can be dealt out.
