This noise was the tenant next door "Arie" had come in about a week before he was sceduled to move in and done something to cause the noise, I believe open the faucet a little so that the pipes of the building would rattle. He checked on it periodically to ensure that it continued when it would stop on its own. It is obvious in this note that Renassance wouldnt have checked on the noise unless "someone else reported it" and although the source of the noise was discovered to be deliberate, and I overheard personelle from Renaissance speaking to him explicity about it, further harrassment from "Arie" was treated like hypersensitivity towards normal behaviour by me.
