It is prohibited to deny on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status or handicap:
refuse to rent or sell housing
refuse to negotiate for housing
make housing unavailable
deny a dwelling
set different terms, conditions or priviliges for saile or rental of a dwelling
provide different housing services or facilities
In addition:
It is illegal for anyone to treaten, coerce, intimidate or interefere with anyone exercising a fair housing right or for assisting others who exercise that right (this means if you have been threated should you help me that can be added to the case and you may be due reparations if they actually carry out anything they have threatened)
