In some countries DDR at home is illegal. So is having real guns. While I agree that making a noise disurbance around someone's home is harmful, there are times of day when noise should be acceptable to a certain extent.
Oh well, he who governs least governs best, but I wonder who the a-hole was who forced the issue till it got on the books.
