When Japan had to rebuild after WWII it offered a segment of society a chance to be more clear about what they really meant in terms of the reforms they had initiated in the previous century. The new lifestyle was vastly more expensive and no consideration was given to the extent to which families can extend in Japan, leaving a pretty large segment of society under the line of prospering, and a pretty large segment of the prosperous perpetually grumpy. They didnt, however, cease extending their families and began to neglect their sanctioned ones.
There are many ways to live in China, and some are better at some times and some are better at others. Though the general population is prone to browning the greener grass, there needs to be some moderation of residency permit distribution.
