Lets start by saying men can only be X. XX and XXX or any more Xs than that and you have some kind of women. XXX women usually if not always are born with (often very large) penises. Many people including Americans and modern gulf arabs consider these women to be unfortunate boys and they have secret societies that deal with asian boy pimpers to get testicles to sew on these women. That makes situation much worse because their gametes devide into X and XX meaning their "sons" are really also XXX women.
Im not sure I have ever seen a male mexican. If they exist they keep them in mexico as they are too weak to cross desserts and such. The women have their womanhood ceremonies then they come to the US to be "male" laborers. Some among them are chosen to make more women but the majority would never tollerate being altered in any way.
As people keep putting testicles on women(called bulls) and letting them make more children in an unmeasured way real men are dissapearing.

Unfortunately, these substandard men are needed in the genepool to counteract the damage done by "bulls". Former bulls of the lowest nature would be their best matches but other types of women oh screw that, women with the patience to tollerate one of these brifly should be bred to better men.
