Is This How We Want Our Generation Defined?

If so many people in our chat room were alive in Makka at the time of the begining of the revelation, they would have gone up to Bilal, who screamed "ahad!ahad!ahad!" the whole time he was being tortured and told him that he missed to many prayers while his owner had him pinned down in the hot sun under piles of hot rocks and he was no longer allowed to call himself a believer.

And if the same people were alive in the caliphate of Umar (raa) they would have questioned his rule on the day when he told the man whose right hand was busy in jannah after having been cut off in jihad "excuse me for being upset with you eating with your left" hand instead of calling him an unbeliever.

*well, to be a little fair where its not really due, today's tortures modify the brains of people who have beliefs they dont like, and while most people so modified remain unable to express their belief, some of us regain some capacity, only to be found fault with for getting lost between the start and finish of a sentence, similar to how we get lost within a single rakat causing people to pretend they think we dont know how to pray and to make fun of our words of explanation as they come out in strange orders, then claim to have been raised by believing parents when its obvious they grew up in a barn*
