Unless it occured because you recived different treatment from doctors or doctors refused to consider your differences when treating you because you are from an undesirable race.
There is no way to understand what racism is or does until you have been to the end of your rope, had your goat got, and reacted in a way that you yourself would judge inapropriate if you had seen someone else doing the same thing just five minutes before, had a consequece to your reaction disproportionate to its durration and intensity and be told that due to your outburst you have justified the behavior of the racist idiot who simply refused to give you the service you were charged for without extras or deficiencies.
This is the dividing line between acceptance and non acceptance from the american black community of people of any color. Within their own community, this day often comes very early in life, though there are cases when it doesnt come till later and until it comes even blacks feel on the outside. If you want to call this racism and liken it to miscarrages, Allah guides whom he choses, and when Dad asked that your people be marked like Allah marked our own people, for those who still had a hope and those who were no longer benifiting from instruction, Allah refused to do so, and he may refuse to grant me this as well. But in so refusing, he is saying he doesnt want you to benifit from our skill in guidance in a manner that causes people to avoid many of life's hard knocks, and that when your privelidge does finally dry up and it surely will, it will not be as a test, as with us, but as a means for your distruction and an end to your trying us.
I feel this is harsh, but only because I was not in Ethiopia in 1914, because I had guidance and few local family members close to me on the day of Tet, and those who suffered that way, a way I did not suffer, are sure that Allah is being merciful to them to have invented and created hell.
