Dealing In The Park

When you are dealing with black market goods, sometimes people build a park over your marketplace and there isn't a lot you can do about it but make a new arrangement further up the chain. It may be that street dealing isn't possible in Bloomington anymore. Maybe you should talk to your union rep about that? Do you think you could get unemployment benefits?
Of course our family will take care of our own in compliance with local treaties and realities, but that includes dealing with the increasingly threatening behavior coming from the displaced who haven't moved far enough away yet.
In all businesses when market conditions change the old way of doing things loses its effectiveness. Those who can adapt to the changes survive while those who don't have to find other things to do.
I expect the threatening behavior to increase for a little while, but when more people are present as witnesses, we are arranging a demonstration to make people less sure of themselves and this should help everyone maintain the proper posture of respect and acceptance.
