Basically its everything I wouldn't need if Baby B wasn't offering Lady P a cut of proceeds when offsite owners sell out.
So its all the melatonin and benedril, all the late night snacking, all the advil for the leg and back cramps caused by the whore's meth addiction, all the air freshener and all the extra electric needed to try to block out the noise plus the purchase of the actual things used to block the noise.
Its actually more than $20 a month because in addition to stocking the places with horror tenants there is the community slander campaign which forces me to dress more carefully, buy things again to block out the noise and more unnecessary eating and shopping due to the stress.
Im sure that this kind of constant rediculous expense is what has caused man of the variety of owners to sell out but I have a cousin who wants to marry my pervert brother. Gramps bought these properties solely for the housing of his family which is vast and comes in every color of the rainbow (as you will notice there is no rainbow in housing outright owned by Lady P or Baby B). This is the right number of properties to justify at least one full time and several part time jobs.
