Sometimes it can be difficult to get necessary licenses when doing everything by the book but if you don't do everything by the book the same people who helped you get your office of any kind throw the book at you.
Now that the cats are escaping the bag about how big our holdings are and how small our group is (though its not as small as it used to be) people with pre existing real estate licenses are starting to make unreasonable demands. Its been a never ending saga of tolerating things that no owner should have to deal with, paying more and more for less and less. Some years one is less evil and other years the other.
But I have a lot of cousins.
I'm listening to 2Pak on Pandora today, thinking about how everyone got furious about how his music was reminding people of the late 70's early 80's making them think about things they were too worried or busy to process back then. They wanted him off the air so bad, but there's freedom of speech in this country, and even obscenity cases are just too slow, too much debate. But its not hard to increase drug violence and use that to justify increasing drug penalties, and black people being bigger in general than white people, just standing straight is enough to justify a lot of fear in some people's minds.
Anyway, non of my cousins who do drugs will be involved in real estate, and we have a sex benefits program that is completely legal and consensual and though it occurs on a bonus system, no money is involved nor can it be quantified. There is also no law against firing anyone whose sex gets out of house.
