I remembered why I was in foster care to begin with. Becky and I were outside the house on Jeff Fort Road because she was waiting for Gary to bring her some heroin, but he was late and I had to poop and I kept saying I wanted to go inside so I could poop and she kept telling me to hold it but finally I couldn't and I pooped right there in the front yard without taking my panties down, so Becky who hates all things poop and who was afraid that if she wasn't out there to flag him down Gary would drive on by yelled at me so loud that some of the neighbors who still consisted of some stay at home women back then heard what she was saying to me, then we rushed back outside in time for her to run after Gary who had just passed in his car.
When she caught up with him they fucked in the front seat while I was in the back while the song "Somebody done somebody wrong song" was on the radio. Gary was her first smack dealer so Becky was really in love with him and being telepathic it was a major experience for me.
Anyway the police weren't far behind all of this.
At that time Becky had no documents on me at all, but she said she just hadn't gotten around to it. She had to do some time because she got caught for possession and possibly prostitution and Gramps refused to pay her bail but after all of us in the foster care center which seemed like a school got syphilis they decided to do some pretrial diversions on a lot of low level offending whores.
Becky then tried to explain that she just got me from another woman who wanted rid of me (I remember I had dark brown curls at the poo incident but was blonde again by the time I went back to Jeff Fort Road, the other woman used to dye my hair whenever she came to get me even after this point) and they told her that if she stuck to that story to get out of her parental obligations they would have to charge her with kidnapping or child traffiking and she would be in prison forever, so she shut up and agreed to get papers for Heather who I met at the center while she was also getting papers for me at a time and place they would arrange. Similar arrangements were made for most of the other kids except for Roxy who was too hard to pass off as someone who had always been there because of her deafness.
*Gramps wouldn't have had money for bail, but he was also in jail for contempt of court at this time, Rosy however may have had enough money but that wasn't ever going to happen, it was also such a piddly charge at that time, that if she had bailed out charges would have been reduced to a fine, but people tended to stall prosecution of cases where no bail was posted when the bail was pretty low, to save the expense of a trial and providing a public defender a little longer, or to find some alternative use which I guess happened a lot back then, maybe still does in some places*
