Meat

Last night after eating about 2000 calories that were almost entirely protein and fat, when they pumped the nitric oxide and lithium into my bedroom I felt a few pins and needles and some warmness in my joints but I didn't feel anywhere near the level of pain that I normally feel, even as it has been reduced by whatever mostly cured my TD, though it does flare up when they cook or smoke until they are done with that.
I don't get gout, if I did I would have gotten it in Tennessee or earlier in life, when they had to force feed me protein shakes at night to keep me from swelling up, and I think the swelling I've suffered these past 10 years or more is due to not getting enough protein, and apparently I need about 100 grams a day or more. Honestly thank God for soybeans, because I have no idea how I'd do that if someone wasn't refining them.
anyway, I sat there thinking about the nitrogen in meat and nitric oxide and the difference in how I felt when I was tanked up on protein than when I was hit with nitric oxide without enough protein in my system.
