We thought this was a good thing to call the extra expectation on the criminal community because the lawful community or the government benefiting community rather has decided that they don't need to learn to cope with people who don't fit into the established pigeon holes or dedicate any resources to the real mitigation of crime in low income communities so that criminals are forced to find places for people who are not criminals but might be "not white but not too obviously not white from far enough away" and shit like that.
My brother actually made a contract before I was brought over here and as much as Eagle for some reason wants to claim responsibility I said to Tommy that was an interesting story but Eagle was blacked out from all information about me from the time I got on the plane that crashed until just before Geoff Ziegler showed up in my life. That was at least a four year period, more likely five, and in that time other arrangements occurred. Granted, she had taught me to remember her name under all circumstances short of circumstances she had access to only through her own special contacts and I had mentioned her when prompted in ways I had already been coached to recognize such as the specific turns of phrase used in the Indiana Children's Home by the precise lady responsible for all the children there, but she had not contacted her nor did she actually recognize the name as anyone she had already met, because Eagle was using a different identity for that and I believe she believed that person to be dead.
So my brother told me at some point that he'd never in his life seen a criminal alliance set up anything like what was being presented to him in terms of a demand for responsibility for my care that involved European Royals as well as US lawmakers past and contemporary with the drafting of the agreement along with the usual suspects and types of participants. It is these people who completed any type of blood binding agreement of any kind of irrevocable nature and it is interesting to note especially that one thing that they agreed to was that my ethnic and family group had the right to determine what me needs were, and if they were not being met to expect payment for the meeting of the needs by the parties signing in blood that they were responsible for these charges without end to the end of time and beyond.
I think they honestly planned to leave all this behind on an unreachable island that they would never visit again, unless they had a bomb they wanted to test or something, but the world doesn't work that way.
Now, in the mean time, Eagle in some identity or another may have joined the group that signed this document, I don't know if that happened or not, but I do know that there was no way she could have done so in a manner to supersede my family and ethnic group's decision making authority.
So, since we have this agreement already and it does happen sometimes that there are people who though they can be made to submit or learn to submit to the power structures around them they also are not suited for a life of crime we are going to base accommodations for them on this agreement in reflection of the differences in their status and mine.
So, someone brought up that if they are allotted an amount of money on a weekly basis to meet the needs of this kind of people from the criminal community's resources rather than from the governmental tax base as it would fund police protection or the private sector as it would provide jobs, that they could always find ways to max out what they have very quickly and so I wanted to talk about why that won't be happening. Whenever that funding is not fully absorbed in any week the surplus goes to trainers who make positive skills advancement available and are encouraged to train in ways that make it so that that trainers receive nearly all of this funding every week. When they don't receive any of it or there is a cost overrun, taxes are raised for the cost overrun and additional negative training activities such as related to learning submission and place and avoidance of activities that overexcite people to the point that they are distracted from their contractual obligations or think that they can get away with shit.
