After Reconstruction

When Reconstruction policies were being enforced black people quickly rose to equality and even dominance in some communities but as soon as enforcement ended they were subjected sometimes to even worse treatment than under slavery because as some white put it in my presence, at least slaves had a value.
Anyway its getting clear that something is happening with Civil Rights enforcement that is similar to the end of Reconstruction and it is clear from the speech and actions of the people around me that the intentions towards me and others are similar, though they feel its easy enough to lynch me already.
When you think about how they are able to believe that no one will help me because I'm "not really white" and this allows them to break laws like offering different housing options to people based on all the discriminatory things and maintaining different maintenance in this housing such as cross wiring for purposes of making a rent controlled apartment un-affordable by jacking up the electric bill on people at will when "its time for them to leave" (the units offered to non whites who are "above themselves" are 11 and 12 which are directly over the basement with pipes and wires accessible for termination of water flow to bathroom sinks and the draining of power or diversion to the building in general to defray other tenants being allowed to tap into the building meter to reduce their own bills) and when its clear that this is what I am saying to Civil Rights the lady just gets more and more abusive to me so that I am supposed to say "oh I don't have to stand for this" and hang up on her as I'm sure most people do.
