One of my jobs at the moment is to find a way to curse at least a million people for a start, and while we were transferring a shipment of energy from Shinto to the local system, Shaggy told me that her curses don't take because she is too severe and that my methodical approach to that helps me correct my being too soft faster than she calms down and something clicked when someone coughed by my window like they were big and mighty and I said "do I need to get out a bull whip to teach you that is not ok" and at that moment it became reality that everyone who has coughed at me or in my presence for that purpose will be bull whipped unless they already have been as many number of times as they have coughed at me or someone around me. I tried to expand it to all people who engaged in that behavior at all but was told that was too severe, but when I reduced it to caning it took. That means for each incident of coughing that way people will be caned or bull whipped, it does not mean one strike per cough. That means that their life path is leading them through those events, again unless they have been bull whipped in the past without a need being assigned to it, so the blacks who do that too probably will not face any future penalties over it though they will lose some past claims.
I also thought while we are at it that the people watching me without my consent should go blind but I was told that was too mild since blindness is approaching being fully curable and the blind get sympathy so I changed it to nudity and public exposure and that took especially since all the people in question fell under the next curse which was to be refugees when they have engaged in making drugs in dwelling spaces or making drugs anywhere that when used in dwelling spaces cause pain to people around or are used to rape them and stuff like that.
So some of these people, when they become refugees might have to flee so fast that they leave their clothing behind and this really happens, some people are in such a bad situation that they don't even have clothing, and its not a naked native thing but there is just no clothing for them.

I might have to do some more immediate things but I am working towards being in a situation where having a companion doesn't interfere with my work or safety. Though I can't just on a snap moment any time asked come up with a use for any energy available and we still have a problem with how slow I am going on this, it took me more than 48 hours to come up with the bull whip thing.
