The other thing about power of attorney is that it must be established in a court proceeding and that it cannot be separated from fiduciary intentions and that means that whatever limits are or aren't upon it it can't be used to give the public access to a woman's home for sex or spying or the abridgement of housing rights or the termination of employment or other contracts that an able bodied and communicative person chooses to enter into.
