So with a combination of online posting and telepathy I've been checking in and sharing information with the folks out on the steppes and despite my inability to take a solid selfie they said I'm awfully healthy looking though my teeth show my real hormonal age and that there has been a problem with women not surviving the change in droves out there. I said its probably two things, one is not taking dong quai which is a life saver even in small amounts but is better in larger amounts adjusted per individual and the other thing is I suspect a lot of women who bond early and whose husbands never need help when its time to make the babies or there aren't a lot of people unattached in the neighborhood and so no one needs to think much about averting social problems that they get their Qi in a wad about this time. I don't know what I'd do other than start to die if Xoxo and I had gotten together young and stayed that way and I'd never processed all this other information.
Other things I noticed I'm not sure if this is related to the change or not but I seemed to lose muscle function on the inside for awhile and I had to help myself out with water to get through it for several years but that problem seems to have moved on, though I still need to stimulate things to get them going. With all that packed in there pushing on things trying to swell I might have had necrosis starting in places. Another thing is though its not my favorite thing to drink I kept drinking coffee which stimulates the liver when it might be stressing out about other hormones. I'm in the habit of being able to eat and drink things I don't like or don't love at least and this seems to make a difference on a lot of things. Lately I've been eating a bite of garlic every day too, and I need to wash it down pretty fast with water and don't get away with doing it on an empty stomach but it has really boosted my energy. Also I get a lot of my protein from soy, and soy really helps and there was a time when I could really tell when I got protein other ways that I was not getting a medicine I needed. Now its just about it being cheap and I have tons of energy when I'm well proteinated.
Magnesium is also probably a good idea. Its not good to cut back on calcium at this time, but for some reason the muscles really don't like it anymore, but take enough magnesium to balance the calcium and its no problem, I've seen guys who need more magnesium too. I think its what we used to get from horse blood.
I take other vitamins and minerals that probably aren't necessary on a high quality diet of milk and meat from animals eating a variety of vegetation, but I also take fish oil and royal jelly and I don't know if its just because of the change and hormones or if its always a problem for people with trisomy but I take 5 htp to help me sleep more deeply and melatonin if that needs an extra kick and always take more magnesium with melatonin.
I do other stuff that is related to the meth labs and environmental toxins like folic acid and B12 and zinc. I think I took too much zinc for awhile and have cut back but I was also chelating and taking extra iron though I don't know exactly what all minerals to put back in when I do that other than iron. The chelating was mostly for high lead levels.
