Increasing meal replacement

Im not certain of the exact amount of time but I started eating protein breakfast cookies and chia for breakfast and a half and half of vega and designer whey for lunch and my fat intake really spiked, I let that go on for a few weeks but I think I'm starting to feel it. I just saw a picture of a Mongolian boxing in the US who is phenotypically very similar to my body type, I'd say his body fat is around 10% and his muscles are long and lean, and he's just won his 9th fight, so I'd call that optimum condition. I know my personal fan club/close family would be very happy with me if I looked like that except for the usual gender differences (trying to stay G here). Actually it seems that my body fat ratio has fallen over the past couple of weeks, but  my cholesterol feels high. I'm not sure how to balance that or if he's having that issue, intermittent fasting? Alternating diets? I tend to do alternating diets. I've been snacking a lot lately though and I want to cut down on that. My calories have been around between 1850 and 2100 most of the time, with my seven miles of walking and stuff like that burning 350 calories on those days. I do jumping jacks in sets of 25 at least once a day though usually I'll do that a few more times throughout the day, 25 girl push ups and scissor legs and if my thighs aren't still moving some swimmer kicks, and 25 squats a day, being gentle with those because I need to mind my knees. I suspect he's doing keto, and if he's doing aerobics a lot as boxers tend to do he probably has no problem with a build up of cholesterol. He also seems to have no tattoos and I agree with that. I'm not sure everyone does.
Old injuries tend to restrict my capacity for aerobics, so I have to watch fats, yet my system seems to really mostly do very well on higher fat thus the seeking and mapping.
I also suspect that when it comes to the pugilistic arts, pinheads are superior to people with large brain cases and thinner skulls, especially because we are already highly consolidated into processes that are really hard to change by any damage.
