Last night the Man Up thing happened right next door to me without any warning to the neighborhood. I was reading about what it was on HT thinking about all the people who were there and if the people in my neighborhood had had any concept of that they'd been out there begging hard core. I went for my usual walk and a guy asked me where the middle school was, I couldn't bring any street names to mind and told him as much when he asked me. I read the sign when I came back and noticed that the church parking lot was full on a Thursday night and then spent the rest of the evening imagining Steve telling selected VIP people about the meth problem in our neighborhood (and the $2.79 half gallon of milk) and how hard people who don't qualify for federal housing worked to try to get someone who did kicked out when the only things I'm responsible for are passing inspection once a year and paying rent every month and I'm 100% on all that. I also get jealous when I think about where I sit all the time and how I'm not part of anything official, though Tommy said the military thing is real, that the real job of the Secret Service is to prevent a coup, that could be manifested in many different ways including by undermining our currency and killing the president but not limited to that. So they do a lot more than stand next to him all day. I was thinking if the military thing isn't true every person whose fingerprints are on any document telling police to stand down is about to be dishonorably discharged, demoted in rank back to the day that they can be proven to first have been involved and invoiced for repayment of over payment and someone is gonna get sued.
Tommy though pointed out that getting through the Family Life Center in Nashville Tennessee with both my working stipend and alive was the successful completion of my training period and it was enough to commit to using non lethal methods for as long as humanly possible in the case of any direct physical conflict with any future president among people who can't die.
We talked about my trust back in the day, and how it will take over this operation from the military when it's signed over to me, and its probable no one is getting their back pay until then.
