Tommy was explaining to me about the Secret Service and jurisdiction things. I'd recited some things about how my brain works, Dad and Gramps (hell and Rosy and Becky too) told her other things, and she'd had some tests done, so most of what she told me didn't register in real time but I could recite the whole conversation today in the right conditions so no information was lost. The Secret Service has no limits on what they are allowed to observe, but the limits regarding what is admissible in court and what can be used to get a warrant still apply, not to them, because they don't admit anything to court or seek warrants, but when they share information with other agencies that do this has to be considered. They coordinate or have relationships with local and national groups from among citizens and other types of people present here also, and there are office and hierarchical politics that change their policies constantly. I had already participated in events that had changed or determined policies that were set for long periods of time even in the 1970's.
She was not up to speed on a lot of things that I knew and I wasn't telling her anything she didn't already know. That wasn't just an interrogation technique.
She also talked about the world of warrants, especially regarding material witnesses, victims of crimes that make their life or body evidence of a crime done by another person, and that it's not necessary to inform a material witness when the necessary things have taken place that a warrant for further investigation has been issued. These warrants make information gathered admissible in court, but normally this information is gathered to prevent things from going to court, normally deals are made, and when they are not refer back to treason in words, some groups reassure themselves that they've been heavily culled before and come back but on the individual level there is much breaking ranks at this point.
We also discussed Charlie Manson and Jim Jones. I always called him Charlie by habit, never heard that in the press though.
