Ron and Tracy both went through foster care. Tracy's mom once told me that after she came back from the foster care system she couldn't communticate with her anymore and was engaging in self distructive behavior. This behavior involved basically stealing from others or doing little illegal things to other people without concern for consequences. She was afraid this would put her in jail, and she knows she was taught this behavior in foster care. Tracy did go to jail for making unauthorized purchases with the credit card of an old lady she was taking care of.
Ron was a foster child in the Oeding household. They were eventually involved in a molsetation situation and banned from foster care. They moved out of their house because it had been publicized. No follow up was given to the children, both biological or foster who when through that home and they later became my caregivers.
Ron is one of the few foster children to pass through that house that they still keep in touch with and its not because he was one of the victims. He doesnt have a criminal record but because he is an agressor, that means more for him than for me. I also dont have a criminal record.
One thing to think about is this, many parents of children have perfectly clean credit and one or more disfunctional children with sexualized behavior. We need to end the credit tyranny. Things happen beyond the control of individuals that cause them to either take the credit hit and be subjected to the whims of the Rons of this world, or pimp their children, keep their credit clean and be in little fear or worry that their crimes will ever be persued, after all the child so used will be too damaged to bear witness even if they live to 18.
