I have noticed a pattern that indicates a camera in my home at 159 E 17th st. This pattern includes someone running up and down the stairs near my appartment at any time, the only common denominator being I laid down on my bed. At approx 3:30 pm today this occured and I was able to see the person who did it. He was approximately 18-22 medium build, light brown page boy hair cut and he got into a black jeep cherokee plates 746604. The numbers were blue with no spaces and I didnt see the state. I tried to reverse check on this number but it costs too much money.
Other things that occur when I lay down include increased trafic from zero to multiple subwoofers and loud trucks. There is also often running up and down the stairs regardless of time of day if I take a bath.
