Race Issues and Toxic Speech

Most people dont seem to realize that the most toxic speech is the kind that is said in a calm and measured voice that is the manifestation of a refusal to listen to a specifice set of complaints. It is the words that tell the person in a situation such as could lead to the loss of a home, a job, access to education that whatever issue they are brining is either part of their bad attitude, hypersensative imagination, or just a sell out complaint a cop out so that they dont have to put effort into their real problems. No matter what tone of voice or words are used to express this idea to someone who is being blown off because of the timbre of their voice, the topic of their complaint or their percieved lack of status, it is toxic and harmful.
The problem is that the vast majority of whites, and all whites with status in government do not percieve when they do this. They do not listen to people who tell them they are doing this and it is traumatic for them to hear about it so that they take advantage of their privelidges and your lack of privelidge to terminate the interraction before epiphany is reached.
That is why only a Black president has the chance to resolve major portions of the race issues in this country. Im not saying that he absolutely will, but there is a chance he can, while if a white person becomes our next president, the race issue will not be resolved through government.
Anyone from now on saying that this concept is racist will become irrelevant even in non race related issues so help me God.
