Something Fishy

When I was moving into my current apartment building, I told the staff and management that I would not contact them about any continuation of the harrassment situation that had been forcing me to move all over town and campus. I would just suffer through it and if neccessary I would inform the police about anything I thought they could handle. I was told absolutely that this was not the right attitude to take by staff and management and that if anything of the sort of things I had told them about happened here I was to contact them immediately and they would take care of it.
So when it happened I did contact them and they didnt do shit. I mean they came out, talked to people sometimes, but no behavior changed, there was no relief of the situation. So I resumed calling the police. Later I was told by the same management individual that I was not to contact him any more about these things, but he didnt tell me that he had already started a negative file of my complaints. It was also obvious by the time he told me not to contact him about these things that he was aware of what was happening, knew who was doing it and what they were doing, and why and that he was unwilling to do anything about it or cooperate with the police to help them do anything about it. He may have also made false and misleading reports to the police about me. I feel that the only reason that he told me to contact him about these things in the beginning was so that he could intercept any communication between me and the police, to prevent the police from getting an accurate picture of the situation and to prevent me from enjoying the premises or exercising my rights as a citizen. I feel that he told me to stop contacting him when he realized I had been contacting the police the whole time.
