As you have probably noticed, shootings and gang activity have increased in Bloomington. This is not surprising due to the flagrant lack of respect for diversity of the bulk of the population. Citizens of the town call the police only to be laughed at by the dispatcher, or asked their name for the purpose of screening the call as a false report. The bulk of these disregarded complaints involve a particular type of hate crime that is waged against anyone who within thier rights chooses to rent and retain an apartment but fails to comply with religious or racial standards of the communuty at large. This crime involves modifying the exuast of vehicles and driving them near and around the apartment occupied by the unwanted neighbor to prevent them from sleeping in hopes that they will say or do something that can be loosely construed as menacing out of sleep deprivation, such as saying "boo" to a bug any by which they can be extrajudicially detained without their consent or habius corpus in medical experimentation facility.
I need to tell you about this because I once lived in a neighborhood in Nashville Tennessee where this activity had been effectively halted, but not without violence and not by the law enforcement mechanism of the offical government of Nashville Tennessee. The same people who acomplished the termination of such activities in their neighborhoods have been franchising into Bloomington for the past several years as you have probably already been made aware.
I am only going to tell you this, you need to make this activity stop by law and immediately or there will be bloodshed. I am not involved in this in any way, I only lived with it before so I can tell you from my experince that the conditions are the same and it is absolutely about to begin here if this doesnt stop.
You can and should use disorderly conduct laws to deal with the people who drive back and forth with their modified exhaust outside the apartments of overstaying blacks and muslims for hours at night for days and weeks in a row for the purpose of making them tired at their jobs and less upity to deal with, less expecting of just compensation or timely promotions, their children less capable of excellence in education and their wives less willing and the weaker among them less stable and less able to maintain. You can deal with this effectively and thoroughly and immediately. Because if you dont, someone one else absolutely will, and I can tell you from experience about this too, I sleep through gunfire better than hate speech expressed through vehicular violence and I will make no reports about it if you let things progress to that sad ending.
