Rope and Sheds

Over the past couple days I have become aware of a very peculiar situation. I have been aware that a certian traditional instatution was having trouble finding qualified actors and what leads they did have led them to the over qualified. I have however become aware of two people who have lost all claim on over qualification. They must pay for their own training, but I think they can be very useful for a long time to come.
