I don't know if Dad was ever "sure" he was going to be the Dajjal, but he did a lot of things moving in a direction that many people were able to see would only land in a destination if they were completed by the Dajjal. So a lot of different groups agreed to follow his plans or to limit themselves in the belief that that was who he was, with a contingency plan in case he wasn't.
It turns out he is not. So he has to do some things for the people who thought he was, including setting up the person who is (Sitting Bull) among the people who are within the definition of self who said "if he isn't than one of us must be" (the turks, more specifically the Uiguirs). They have already taken advantage of the repository of information made available for the transfer of information meant for the Dajjal but received by Dad instead (me).
Of course there were smaller agreements, some groups didn't want to be "here" when it happened (Kyrgyz) and others had planned to breed differently sticking to their own better understanding an need a patch from our family to get back to what they knew was going to happen an the plans they planned to make (the Kazakhs interest in Other Brother and the girl they sent).
Now it is all in motion separately from us while we can work on the projects we wanted to be involved with.
When the Dajjal takes power he will successfully eradicate all other sources of power except those tied directly to our system, then when we are all that is left he will turn on us and die. When he has died his followers who have been bred to be less inclined to personal decisionmaking will go headless and more than we have already seen will go total consumption for consumption's sake. They will crowd us out until they have thinned our numbers then when we are at our smallest possible kernel they will all just drop dead.
