All of us oil rich nations are really in for it. The Europeans are really good at saying things nicely but if you really parse their speech they have always hated our prosperity. That is why they have been burning the midnight oil and taking slaves to generate a new technology base that has nothing to do with oil. They have also been testing out laws on their respective people intended to force compliance with recycling and other environmental type laws to see what kind of resistance is generated and to practice ways to classify the different kinds of people who don't comply.
Eventually they will work the bugs out of the system, though they really didn't understand how many Americans and others just don't like the modern world we have now and who would be pleased as punch to go backwards rather than forwards, though there will be plenty seeking to immigrate as the divide starts to widen.
It will not be a fast process, and it will go like cooking live frogs, though if you try to cook more than one frog at a time several will figure things out and jump out of the pot while others will call them names for being too excitable.
Gradually the Eurasian countries who don't wish to modernize in the same way will lose territory to those who do, those who have modernized will embargo those who wont implement their "human rights" laws or their "education" systems and this embargo will be so complete that they wont even be places to provide cheap labor, and the Dajjal understands that allowing people out to exploit the rustics creates behavior patterns that he doesn't like within his territory so there wont even be that. Actually when the new energy is developed it will be cheaper to have robots do everything, people wont have any work but obeying the law which covers everything from when and how long to sleep, what to eat, how much to exercise and everything you might say or think, so the Dajjal will also free people from work but introduce them to a new form of slavery.
On the other side of the world we will be looking at what real effort is, the difference between work and not work and we will be living far simpler lives. Our laws will be far less but our practices will be aimed at dealing with uncertainty and change, meaning shit can happen without warning and we sometimes kill eachother.
We also advise certain practices and lifestyles but rather than killing everyone who doesn't comply we let people fail to avoid mistakes caused by not following the practices and then we have those people instead of robots to various degrees depending on their mistakes, but as those people wont survive in the time of the last deluge or might refuse to continue to serve we also do practices aimed at keeping us prepared to do our own work when we need to, though we also have a hierarchy among ourselves when it comes to that stuff.
We do have different levels of law and enforcement for different types of people unlike the Dajjal who holds everyone to his own standard. We might not be as good at marketing our superiority to his ways as his is good at telling you we suck.
