Last night before whore crashed from the binge that started last friday night, she thumped a little and ran her garbage disposal a few minutes after someone told her I was "really sleeping", then this morning said she would keep me up all night tonight if I mentioned it and then finding out she could score said if I didn't mention it she would keep me up all night for disrupting her sex about 8 months ago, after she had been disrupting my sleep for months.
The reason we know she is smoking meth or taking it in a way that exposes all of us to it is that after these wired sleepless nights (not to mention the energy it takes to do the stomping that she does) we develop a peculiar odor some of us used to notice back in the psycadelic 90's and even when there isn't an odor there have been mornings of reminiscent defecations. The moral difference here being the drug delivery system we used to use didn't expose others and no one had to trip if they didn't want to.
Actually Dad said the reason he was getting upset with me the last time I sat in on a lecture of his was that though the states of mind I was showing signs of were possible without drugs he hadn't seen anyone in the west achieve them without the use of drugs of a certain type. Of course they knew I was smoking pot, but that doesn't do a whole lot (and they also agree that the laws against it are what put people in contact with other drugs not the fact that it grows from a seed from the ground and is safe for kids, sometimes safer than not taking it as it makes them too lazy for most forms of trouble making), and they were worried about acid which I had tired of years before and meth which I've never willingly taken. So that is why they made me linger, so they could see if I had developed that odor, which I had not, which is why they started smiling so much when I checked in later and decided that they would accept me as a student (the people on acid and meth were able to comply with the telepathy requirement as they aren't allowed to have on site students or even people they regularly call, but the need to take a dangerous and illegal drug to check in for new instructions made a conflict of interest they couldn't live with).
Anyway, whore did bite the big one with this dosing thing. As with crack in the 80's we will be taking action against the buildings that routinely house meth related activity as Dad has already started doing in Albany, but we will not be leaving them abandoned. It will not happen all at once but more area by area until we have changed the housing conditions that make the current situation possible. Of course we cant justify paying taxes on empty land so we will replace the mostly old converted houses we are tearing down with one and two bedroom box style units like I live in. We wont be building efficiencies as it is saner to house two people in one apartment than it is to split the same apartment into two units. It is possible that some particularly problematic people will move seven or eight times before they run out of places to live, and we will do everything possible to split up groups when we plan what to demolish and what to build for the next decade or two.
We have also decided to keep up with naming people unofficial agents of the owner and placing them at least one per building wherever we can. In such buildings we will take more time deciding how to demolish things, so that when groups move in we will be observing and reporting on them to the owner. But again, buildings we deem unsafe for such a person or persons will be demolished without review of tenant base.
*the vast majority of housing we will be building will be one bedroom units with the two bedroom units intended to be shared by adults, we dont really build shorty friendly housing as the neighborhoods we own in even without the recurring drug problems aren't really places for kids. While we cant exclude them we want to do nothing to encourage them, and we view our demographic as pre or post child rearing people, or abstainers all together*

You understand I don't think she is cute, dont love her, have no plans for her future and if you are agreed to that, indicate by her being here tonight and we will continue what we have started**
