Yesterday I noticed the handrail on the stairs leading out of the park was oily. Then I tasted metalic and was up all night. Today I remembered this but absent mindedly touched the rail again and again I'm up all night. I noticed both times immediately a reversal of my body's natural calming towards sleep, but other than that I'm feeling nothing but awake. You can make your own speculations about the substances involved.
This has been a recurring problem. I've had several bouts with "dosing" over the past ten years and some have gotten pretty severe.
Anyway, I guess they went to far into civilian territory this time, and hurt a few bystanders (everyone out there saying I'm not a bystander has trouble coming for them too but lets focus on the matter at hand). There is little chance the police will be able to do much about this so some calls went out to Haiti first of all to get information on what could do that, and secondly to get some advice or assistance on what to do about it.
People go batshit in this town every day for little or no reason with little or no scrutiny. Few studied Toltec methods in childhood.
