"We Only Wanted The Lots Anyway"

we recently purchased 27 local properties dirt cheap at a going out of business sale. We have decided that the sooner those lots are cleared the sooner local associations about the value of that property will change. Though the market isn't very good right now for the kind of housing and office space we would like to eventually put on those lots such property can cheaply lay fallow for decades while people forget what "used to go on there" and needs in general change.
