Raising A New Society

Apparently there is some kind of system in which individuals are allowed to transfer investor visas like they keep the same number or something when they are concluded by one individual and they pass to another and I have a set amount of these that makes it reasonable for me to seek 10 couples a year to bring to the US from Mongolia though Mongolia also benefits from the lottery system in being low population in general. So I have set conditions on my ten spaces available in that I am seeking a guy who can drive a truck and is willing to join my trucking company and meet progression to citizenship standards, and preferably speaks a little English already though we have an "English for truckers" program that basically consists of riding along with other truckers at first though there is CDL concern and we have a training program for non natives who need to pass the CDL test in English.
Anyway, I said couples and I am looking for people within a certain age range, who are married but don't have kids yet and I support people deciding to pair up who want to share circumstances but want to stay mainly gender segregated as long as they want to help us place the kids we have here in Mongolian ethnic upbringing situations. I think that is probably what is going to work out best.
I know that the bullying situation is pretty intense for people of a pretty small set of differences from the norm and that these differences are compatible with what I am up to here (especially because I need a trucking company to get around situations that are similar to why I need a shipping company and to open my own smaller ports and support my own sea lanes for smaller vessels) and we are dealing mostly with short distance hauling and day trucking though men might be based in a different nearby city than the women and children are living in.
I was talking with Cthulhu about her expectations and plans and said she shouldn't be involved in visas but should work with helping coordinate entrepreneurs who can get their own selves over here, or are growing up here, and that we will all work together with the lottery people, and we all tend to feel we are in general better than them, which is why I say we need to be responsible for them as it seems stupid to stay aloof.
*when I made my official announcement I wound up with about 400 applicants so I had to get a lot more specific about what particularly I was looking for and how many spaces were really available and I've instructed some of the workers in the jobs I've created in Mongolia on these topics that if we can't get 10 matches in a year then we import fewer people, and 10 is based on 20 available visas and people averaging 2 years to get through the citizenship process, though sometimes it takes longer and sometimes there are fails*
