This is my seventh November in my current location, and its not that unusual for any of the previous years of months that I have lived there, so if any hanky panky has gone on with the wiring it will be pretty evident, but somewhere along the educational line, someone wasn't too specific about the difference between subjective and objective information, and nattering seems to be the highest mode of communication.
In the mean time I got a fishing call from Civil Rights regarding what I plainly stated in the online form. I left a voice mail with them to contact me in writing, preferably by email, if they had further questions about what was plain in my inquiry, though I just said it plain like "please email your questions to the address I provided on the online form and I will reply as soon as possible", because again error analysis on the correspondence I've received from them so far indicates a lack of sincere intent to resolve any issues in favor of civil rights enforcement. And I've overheard a lot of conversations on this topic. I also told them I'd prefer to keep a record of all further correspondence. I think they are aware that I went ahead and filed with Consumer Protection while they were giving me the run around.
