Someone who called herself Amanda Vakofsky who sounded exactly like "Shitrea Gordon", "Phryll Thornton" and "Shawn Thomas" called me yesterday and the only sensical thing I could make out of her dithering was that she could send me a form to withdraw my case and that she was not going to listen to me anymore until I let her speak, and when I did she continued to brow beat me about how I didn't give her the courtesy she had shown me which is exactly like someone else said about seven years ago though I think she had yet another name though I need to look that up. When I was "talking over her" I kept confirming that I had heard exactly what she had said and that it was divergent from the facts I had stated and I knew where she was going already, and when she did finally talk after taking a long pause after beating me down to stop talking she seemed tense about the length of time we were spending on a long distance phone call.
So this morning I heard the words "the department of justice may be filing civil rights proceedings in the case of" that guy in New York who got killed in a choke hold. So I recon that is who actually deals with civil rights issues. They try to tell us its the supreme court but its not.
Another thing she's been asking about under all these names is "who are you talking to" and about my "lawyer" and I guess that is her utterance pattern regarding my wording that is specifically quoting Indiana law. I did tell her this time that in all of our conversations she has asked about my race and my religion and even my gender but she never asked me about my educational status. Then when she went dead silent I said I have a masters degree. In fact it was right after this that she really got intense about dithering at me to drop the case, but she didn't tell me to do that because us litigeous people will make a case about that (she said words to that effect) but she just wanted me to know the option was available and that was the only option that she mentioned to me and said nothing about what would happen as the case went forward. From experience that is not what she does apparently.
I believe in some of our contacts she has presumed me to be black just as I sometimes think she is black but I also spent time on the northwest side of Indy so I know that there are plenty of white or light skinned but white identifying people who sound black on the phone from that background and she must be one of those, especially because no black woman on this planet would name her baby child "Shitareah".
Anyway, she said she would send me a document to sign to withdraw my case when I expressed to her uncertainty about the step by step process when a case has both criminal and civil rights aspects to it, though I was clear to her that I wanted to pursue both aspects correctly. I suspect those documents will never come, but when they do they will be returned unsigned (I think she realized that lease renewal is in January/Febuary, and not in August and I also sensed that Shon called her about seeing a note in my apartment that he was a rapist when he entered though the work that justified his intrusion had been completed five days previous) with that previously mentioned ten page paper with citations and foot notes.
