I was going to wait to mention this later, but on the way here I heard people talking about how I was talking to someone this morning, forgot my water bottle and to take my vitamins.
Anyway, it was clear Phryll hadn't actually read the complaint I submitted on line, or the several complaints and I didn't really feel inclined to spell all that out when I already wrote it down, but we will talk again later today if she actually calls back.
