So I have this problem when people ask me which group I belong to on all the different levels they can ask me. It would be easy enough if we were all still the Xongnu but we've had to split up into a lot of different projects and the best fit for wtf my situation was is Kyrgyz although that group also split into Kyrgyz and Tuvan and while I am animist actually rather than Muslim there are still other concerns like the Tuvans were more established as an actual ethnic group while the Kyrgyz were still kind of a clearing house for people who might possibly at least pass for good slaves for the first few decades of their lives or longer and there was still the collective process of using the different names for all our nations to confound people who were seeking this kind of information to be harmful, and not wasting harmful intentions when they came for free.
So there have been times I even though I was supposed to be Arab or something, but that's only a listing of all the possible placements and identifications that didn't actually work out in the process of you may have come from some specific place but you didn't really join kind of thing. And people get lost in that topic at all sorts of off ramps.
Anyway, this being basically how things are I've figured out that I need several interior ministers for the groups that will continue to identify as somewhat separate from the others, Chet being responsible for Tibetans, Cthulhu being responsible for Mongolians, Kazakh Girl being responsible for the Kazakhs and for now Attila is in charge of Siberians though he's likely to break that down into parts and being an actual man has other obligations similar to what Hot Potato is responsible for in our hemisphere.
But I only need one foreign minister in this hemisphere and we've appointed Shaggy to that position, since the domestic aliens tend to be people with perceptual difficulties (she said I'd better not dare try to call her hellen keller but that reminded me to fix her relationship with Tommy who is even worse off).
As for why I'd even dream of something like that, we only have so much brain to segregate between our attentions and not all of Shaggy was on my side and it was pretty hard for me to remember with all the things going on just how to communicate with her to make changes possible.
Anyway, Shaggy in the day didn't really know that I wasn't really in favor of what happened to Sweet Potato and didn't know about Chet and a lot of other stuff, but also couldn't figure out why Cthulhu thought she was kinda creepy (Cthulhu held her responsible for the 99 bitches plus one going all weird in the Mahabharata but Shaggy is still managing them as a group even if she isn't always sure exactly why) but we have to have someone who is responsible for administrating the domestic alien training money and liaising with Tommy while Chet needs to report her training income to the state and feds and liaise considerably differently (they called her to ask what Pema Detsu meant and were disappointed when it didn't mean "kill the white people").
It was brought up that the Jim Crow tax isn't as cost effective as regular government taxes are but Squiggly stated that he refuses to make any changes and that I should talk about how current governments are a form of baby teeth for the coulda shoulda woulda world and don't really reflect actual needs and activities anymore, as if they ever really did actually, and that they are rotten to the core and real adult teeth need to grow in and if that doesn't work we will need to start running everything through the blender and take up with shakes and smoothies.
That might sound a little more extreme than it needs to but its always a cycle between tribal and feudal rule and so far we've done nothing that can't be classed that way.
*we are assigning a lot of people with perceptual difficulties to work for Tommy directly but if they have managed their issues autonomously without forcing us to actually criminally turn them in to her care they will continue to do so and only liaise as necessary, such as when people need to learn not to do something that otherwise would not draw her attention to them and stuff like that*
