The other day as I was getting up to do calisthenics and to start the day right with balanced nutrition it became obvious as it does many a morning that a lot of my neighbors, in fact it is more normal in my neighborhood in general, start the day out with meth.
This is starting to be an ongoing topic of discussion at many levels of the state especially since Tommy wont let it die, but also because whenever I complain to Civil Rights and people start to talk about what I "always" do and shit like that, it goes back to where the state hired or contracted with an organization that let a racist vile woman decide how to place the kids, some who turned out not to be mongoloid but actually mongolian and it was clear she liked the mongoloids better. So when you place a kid with someone who is as close to a crack whore as the 70's were able to produce (it was heroin back then) and a known criminal organization for a family and you feel that somehow it might even benefit children to be involved with the rich and powerful sexually then sometimes you end up with people who had all the right intelligence to go to one of the Boston area universities (the Tibetan community was told that I had been anonymously placed in the Boston area from the date of my arrival and got no updates until this fall on that information, though a few individuals had to find out a little sooner) but instead have to live on SSI and Snap because of several reasons including that all those rich and powerful people who had sex with me don't always admit to their involvement but are a pack of sociopaths who don't care about adults either and they have literally killed people trying to prevent me from working, and these people had no clue to have any defense from them, and are even taught to trust and not threaten these kinds of people. Some people say it as I never know when I will encounter someone who had sex with me in childhood, and I like to add that a lot of people do drugs these days, especially the ones that don't have any smell, and they will do absolutely anything at all except admit to this and when they are threatened with exposure they will also do absolutely anything anyone suggests to them, no matter how completely out of character it may seem to those who have known them all their lives.
So someone like me has to live with people who are taking advantage of meth production decriminalization policies of bloomington in general (because people think there are worse things that this keeps out and I don't see how) and sometimes people who are appointed for life and not subject to job review short of the same criminal investigations we all could suffer through are saying things like service workers and the disabled should have priority for housing in any community planning policy of this town, and this is no place to be "on the road" for those who are just drifting and cant explain in any way how they are paying rent among the six of them. In fact I frequently wonder why in the he said she said battles I am constantly being drawn into why things like "no criminal record" and a real lease rather than an unauthorized sublet have no weight.
*Bloomington has actually taken federal money over the years for accessibility improvements, and probably state money though its hard to imagine that there was anything like that ever available these days, and when people want to use the buzz words (like in Liberia and places like that to tell the missionaries that the bad shit they already went through needs a creative solution already figured out by that guy who resolved it the last time) that reference the needs of the students and potential threats to them, it wears down the whole thing when they at the same time want to talk about way of life and community autonomy when they want to hamper investigations in to tangible harms that have criminally occurred, but still are real enthusiastic when they want to talk about how a Tibetan woman walking to the library is something that just cannot be tolerated*
