So I was thinking about some stuff Rabbit talked me into regarding figuring out where the need is before I get socked with the mother lode and 25 million dollars kinds of expenditures are best put into research and pilot programs in larger cities, but the data generated can then inspire local donors to give smaller amounts like 30 thousand dollars, because if I started writing checks in increments less than 25 million dollars I'd have no time left to do anything else.
